The Story
A coffee perfect for Christmas and the winter holidays. When we first started crafting this coffee, we had a picture in our heads of an oozy, sweet satsuma sitting in the middle of a Christmas Pudding.
Lots of winter spice like Cinnamon. Nuts like the walnuts you have to open with a nutcracker. Richness and sweetness like a Yule Log.
But... roasted to a medium so you can taste every element, and to work well as an espresso, flat white, filter or in your Cafetiere.
Our tasting panel told us we hit jackpot. We hope you think so too!
The Coffee
We have chosen to combine the wonderful Cafe Delas from Brazil and Sironko from Uganda. They highlight each other beautifully.
